I’m sure you’ve noticed, I have a real thing for gingham lately! On a shopping trip with friends in Sea Island, I stumbled up on this dress (which is on sale now) at a cute shop called Two Friends – I actually found these fun earrings I’m wearing and this dress while I was there and have worn both time and time again since.
We’ve been soaking up as much time as possible playing outside before it gets brutally hot. My hubby bought this Tonka Truck almost immediately after finding out our first was a boy as he reminisced it as his favorite toy as a child. Both of the boys have taken turns being completely obsessed with it! The bubble mower has also provided hours of entertainment in the back yard, and I’d like to think, is planting the seeds for big brother to add mowing the lawn to his list of chores when he is a little older :).
Speaking of childhood memories, I remember always wanting to wear bright colors. When I saw these striped polos at Gap Kids they struck a chord with me and these elastic waste shorts have been a welcome addition to their closets. The sale prices made both of them hard to resist. No surprise, the kiddos wore their Saltwater Sandals.
